SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. The SUPVR feature must be assigned to Key 1 of the supvervisor's set before the Answer Agent feature can be added.
2. More than one Answer Agent key  can be assigned to a supervisor's set. Each key that has the Answer Agent feature must also have a telephone number associated with it.
