FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. Customer Carrier Name Abbreviation (CCNA) is required whenever the code set ZZZ is used, or when the carrier providing the Access Service is different from the customer to be billed.
2. ACNA may also be used in lieu of CCNA to indicate the abbreviated name of the carrier providing the Access Service when that customer is also the billed customer.
3. When used on Access Service orders, this FID has historically been required in the IDENT section on N, D, C, and R order types.
4. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
5. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.

6. Section: IDENT   Position: LH
   The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code.   The I action code is optional on the service order.
