FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. T, F, X, P, and A order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  2. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. This FID is used for tracking purposes in the maintenance database to ensure protection from a status change such as an area code split.  It does not affect provisioning of the AIN trigger.
