FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. Section:  S&E     Position:  FL
    The LIST section may contain a single ACTL (and data) or multiple ACTLs (and data).  The presence of a single ACTL in the LIST section indicates the Access Customer Terminal Location applies to all items in the S&E.  When multiple ACTLs are present in the LIST section, the appropriate ACTL (and data) is required in the S&E to identify the correct location.
  2. Section:  LIST    Position:  LH
    Account Customer's Address (ACA) and Account Customer's Name (ACN) are required FIDs for the same section when ACTL is entered on a CABS order.
  3. Section:  IDENT, LIST    Position:  LH
    On C and R order types, this FID may appear without an action code.

  4. Section: IDENT   Position: LH
    The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code.   The I action code is optional on the service order. 

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. Non-Access Application
    FID and data identify the CLLI Code of Interexchange Carrier (IC) on an Access Service billed in CRIS rather than CABS.
  2. Section:  IDENT   Position:  LH
    The FID is applicable to CRIS only.
