SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. An analog EKTS member is always assigned a call appearance value (CAPI FID), which is equivalent to the CAPI value for that DN on one of the EKTS terminals.  The Call Waiting Call Appearance requires a second call appearance value in the switch in order to activate the Call Waiting to handle two calls at one time. This value must be the next consecutive member to the value behind the CAPI FID.
