FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. FID and data float on logical line for Asynchronous Direct/Auto Call USOC.
2. For LECs that have no requirement to differentiate between asynchronous and synchronous, this FID is redundant with the FID Packet Auto/Direct Call Options (PDC).
