FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. Section:  S&E      Position:  FL
   This FID is never entered in the FL position in the S&E Section on an Access Service order.
2. Section:  ASGM     Position:  LH
   This FID is entered in the Miscellaneous Subset.

3. Section: IDENT   Position: LH
   The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code.   The I action code is optional on the service order. 

4. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
5. X action code is prohibited on Access Service orders.
6. When the ADSR FID data entry is Y or inferred yes, and the Primary Line Identifier (PLID) format is Telephone Line Identifier (TLI), Terminal Number-Multiline Group (TER), Direct Inward Dialing (DID), Outgoing Only Service (OGO), or a Telephone Number (TN), then the CLCI Prefix, Service Code and Modifier (PSM) FID is required on the PLID logical line.  When Special Service Circuit Identification in CLCI-S/S Telephone Number Format (CLT) is present, PSM is not required.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. For the Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) basic rate interface, the ADSR FID should be associated with the ISDN pipe assignable line USOC if the pipe is designed.  For non-ISDN Multiple Appearance Directory Number Call Arrangement/Indicator (MADN), the ADSR FID should be associated with the key set's assignable line USOC if the loop for the set is designed.
