SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. The SUPVR option must be assigned to Key 1 of the supervisor's set before the Answer Emergency option can be added.
2. Only one AEMK is allowed for each ACD supervisor subgroup but a supervisor may have multiple Answer Emergency keys.  Each AEMK must have a telephone number associated with it.
