FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. TL1, FETEX-150
   The AGA FID is entered at the services USOC logical line. When AGA appears, the Associated Group Indicator (AGI) FID is required on the interface (pipe) USOC logical line.
2. EWSD
   The AGI FID is not valid in the EWSD switch, only one B-channel is allowed on a per DN basis.
