FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. TL1
    The AGI FID is entered on the interface (pipe) USOC logical line.  When AGI appears, the Associated Group Assignment (AGA) FID is required on the services USOC logical line.
  2. 5ESS
    AGI is entered on the services USOC logical line,  one  time per user, and applies only to B channel services.
  3. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  4. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
  5. DMS-100, NA008
    Associated Groups (AGS) are supported on a Logical Terminal (LTID) basis.
  6. The assignment of Associated Groups (AGS) is only applicable to functional terminals for BRAFS (Basic Rate Access Functional Set) Circuit-Switched (CS).
  7. The Logical Terminal Class (LTCL) FID is required on the same logical line as the AGI FID.
