FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. Restricted to Access Service Tariff application only.
  2. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  3. X action code prohibited on Access Service application.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. The AHM FID and data are required on the Uniform Service Order Code (USOC) logical line on all orders with USOCs for additional engineering and labor charges, and maintenance of service charges.  See BR- 751-000-155, The USOC Manual, or the COMMON LANGUAGE Products eCoder System.
  2. The AHM FID will indicate aggregate hours and minutes per group of test USOCs having the same rate.  Accordingly, AHM is required to be specified only with the first test USOC of a group of equally rated USOCs, but will be followed by the total time to be charged for additional labor for the entire group of USOCs. The applicable testing USOCs are for non-scheduled cooperative and manual testing, and cooperative acceptance testing.  See BR-751-000-155, The USOC Manual, or the COMMON LANGUAGE Products eCoder System.
  3. CRIS Application
    The AHM FID and data identify the number of technicians and time to be charged for additional labor or engineering on an Access Service billed in CRIS.
