FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. ALEK FID is valid on the analog line USOC logical line.
  2. SERIES AND RANGE ENTRIES - PROCESSING
    Service Order Analysis and Control System (SOAC) should process series and range data entries using the DUPLICATE algorithm.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. The appearance of the ALEK FID with a value of EKTS will indicate a "Y" value for the EKTS keyword, in the OEDN view and a "Y" value for the EKTSAM keyword in the DNCT view.
