FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

  1. This FID is mutually exclusive with Element 6 on the DD FID.
  2. The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code.   The I action code is optional on the service order.  

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

  1. This FID may be used to track whether the appointment date and time is non-standard (e.g., customer may have requested a longer due date).
