FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. Section: IDENT,  Position:  LH
   The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code.   The I action code is optional on the service order.
2. When it appears in the IDENT section, this FID is not processed by SOAC.
3. Section: S&E,  Position:  FL
   This FID should be entered following the termination point USOC.
4. At the time of issuance, this FID was not supported by Telcordia and/or Ericsson Operations Support Systems (OSSs).  Please check with your local OSS staff for processing capabilities (current and/or proposed) for the specific OSS.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. Section: S&E,  Position:  FL
   This FID is used on designed services to determine if central office or loop assignments are required at a termination point and provides appropriate processing of the order by SOAC Programmable Rules.  Programmable Rules is a SOAC feature that allows a client or Telcordia to write customized rules that are used to manipulate service order entries.
