SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

The SUPVR feature must be assigned to Key 1 of the supervisor's set before the Agent Status Lamp option can be added.
The Agent Status Lamp option allows the supervisor to monitor the status of up to 48 agent stations. The four agent activities that can be monitored are: agent busied out, agent on a call, agent waiting for a call and agent position in a not ready condition.
