  1. The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code.   The I action code is optional on the service order.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. The BAGT FID is used to identify the billing agent who is billing the customer for service.  The billing agent has an agreement with the customer's normal service provider to perform this function.
