SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. In the BILL section, the code set MM and MT can never be used on the same account as code sets SS and/or SM.
2. In the S&E section, BAID is required on the ASG level when there are different billing arrangements within the ASG (i.e., USOC level).
3. The BAID code set CM applies at the ASG level where non-meet point billing, MM and MT options apply to different services within the ASG. In this case, the MPB FID code set MM, at the USOC level, identifies the meet point billed service(s).
4. The BAID code set CM applies at the ASG level where non-meet point billing, SS, SM, and/or SP options apply to different services within the ASG. In this case, the MPB FID code sets of SS, SM and/or SP, at the USOC level, identify the meet point billed service(s).
