FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

  1. When the BAR FID appears on a service order, the Billing Account Cross Reference (BACR) FID must also appear either in the BILL section on the same logical line or in the S&E section on the Access Service Group (ASG) logical line.
  2. The use of this FID is for Meet Point Billing, multiple bill option only.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

  1. The access service customer correlates multiple bills for a single service by matching a bill containing a Billing Account Reference from a LEC with the bill containing that reference number as the Billing Account Cross Reference on another LEC's bill.
