  1. This FID is for billing purposes only.  It is not used for provisioning.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. These FIDs are used by CABS to associate the intermediate customer bill name with the intermediate connecting facility assignment identified in the Intermediate Connecting Facility Assignment One Thru Four (ICF1-ICF4) FIDs.
  2. The number contained in the BNA1-BNA4 FIDs must correspond to the number contained in the ICF1-ICF4, Directionality 1 Through 4 (DIR1-DIR4) and Intermediate High Capacity Billing Account Number 1 Thru 4 (HBN1-HBN4) FIDs, i.e., BNA1 is associated with ICF1 and DIR1, BNA2 is associated with ICF2 and DIR2, etc.
