FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. T, F and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  2. X action code prohibited on Access Service codes.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. It is assumed that the Billed Party Carrier Designation initial determination will be the presubscription carrier in an equal access office and AT&T in offices not equipped with equal access. Customers will be notified of the selection, and ability to designate an alternate and an international carrier, made for them by the Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) within "x" days and advised that they can make a change to another BPD carrier at no charge within "x" days.
  2. On a multiline account, this FID must float following each line USOC on which BPD applies.
