  1. Section: IDENT   Position: LH
    The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code.   The I action code is optional on the service order.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. The presence of the FID without data means that the order was placed via the internet and order numbers will be derived from local systems.
  2. This FID is used to reconcile the orders submitted by the vendor to the orders provisioned by the provider.
