SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. The DMS-100 switch requires a Customer Group identifier for Basic Rate ISDN service.   The Customer/Business Group Identifier (CTX) FID causes problems in the Operation Systems, when it is used to define a Customer Group for ISDN service. The BRIG FID should be used to define an ISDN Customer Group and CTX FID should be used for Centrex (IBN) Customer Group.
