FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

  1. FID is floated on Access Line (PIPE) USOC logical line.
  2. When used for ordering ISDN-compatible unbundled loops, provisioned via Digital Loop Electronics (DLE) facilities, the FID is associated with the unbundled loop USOC.  The data following the FID of B1, B2 and D will be translated by SOAC to any other valid value before the service order is sent to the Telcordia SWITCH system for assignment.
  3. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  4. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
  5. 5E5
If the D channel code set is ADMIN, then the B1 and B2 channel code sets are either BLANK or X25.

If the D channel code set is SONLY, then the B1 channel code set must be DMD and the B2 channel code set must be BLANK.

If the D channel code set is SX, then the B1 and B2 channel code sets must be DMD or X25.

If the D channel code set is XMP, then the B1 and B2 channel code sets must be BLANK.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

  1. TL1, EWSD
There is no translation value for the BS FID in a TL1 switch.  The BS FID is used to support the established OS requirements, in the assignment process, for load balancing in the switch.
