FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. BTN is used when charges are not to be billed to the number shown in the TN field of the Identification Section.
2. If Element 6 is not used, then the FID CUS and data must appear on the BTN FID logical line.  The data entry following Element 6 of this FID, or the CUS FID, must be the customer code of the BTN FID.
3. BTN is approved for use on Exchange Service applications only.
4. T, F, X, and P order types prohibited for Access Service application.
5. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
