FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. Required on all  local exchange C orders involving designed special service circuits and non - designed special service circuits which are tracked within the Circuit Provision Center (CPC).
  2. CAC may appear left-hand in the Identification section only if the circuit activity type applies to all circuits on the order.
  3. Not approved for use for Access Service applications.
  4. Section: IDENT,  Position:  LH
    The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code.   The I action code is optional on the service order
