FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. Restricted to Access Service Tariff application only.
2. CAD is required on "companion" CRIS (tollguide, vertical service order) when Call Denial is provisioned as a Feature Group A option.
3. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
4. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
