FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. The CAPG FID is not used by the provisioning systems.
2. The FID is entered on the USOC logical line for the primary member of a MADN CACH/EKTS Call Appearance.
3. The FID data is used as input for element 5 (CA_NUM DMS100 prompt) on the MADN FID, when a service order is issued for a non-primary member of a CA.
4. The CA numbering assignment is a sequential order of 1-16.  If any holes exist in the sequential order, the holes are filled before going to a higher number.  For example, if CA numbers 1-5 were assigned and CA 2 is deleted, the remaining numbers are 1, 3, 4, and 5. The CA number 2 is assigned to the next CA that is created.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. The FID data is used by the service representative when a service order is issued to provision a non-primary member of a MADN CACH/EKTS Call Appearance.
