     -Primary Number (PN) and CAPP (with the CA attribute)
     -PN and Key Designation (KEY)
     -Telephone Number (TN) and Service Profile Identifier (SPID)
     -Telephone Line Identifier (TLI), PN and Terminal Number-Multiline Group (TER)

(2) CA does not apply to type C sets that are "BASIC" EKTS served by 5E8 or later.

ADRTIME does not apply to a shared call appearance.

When both CA and NBR appear, CA (plus a value) must be immediately followed by NBR (plus a value).
