FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. Each station with Message Waiting service must indicate whether it can send message waiting signals.
  2. The CRX FID is required on the same logical line when code set Y is used on element 1. To initiate a mechanized SOAC/MAS (Service Order Analysis and Control/Memory Administration System) flow through, this FID must appear on the assignable USOC logical line.
  3. The CRX FID is required on the same logical line when code set Y is used on element one.
  4. T and F order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  5. X action codes are prohibited on Access Service orders.
