FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. The 60 Series (64, 66-68) is used for Locally Assigned Screening.
  2. The 70 Series (71, 72, 73, 74) is used for Single Allowable Class.
  3. The 80 Series (81, 82, 83) is used for Double Allowable Class, except for 88.
  4. The 90 Series (91, 92, 93, 94, 96, 97, 98) is used for Multiple Allowable Class.
  5. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  6. X action code prohibited for Access Service orders.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. The Flexible Automatic Number Identification feature can be provisioned with the FID FANI.
