  1. T, F, and X order types are prohibited for Access Service application.
  2. X action codes are prohibited on Access Service orders.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. With the variety of operational differences in the processing of WATS/800 orders that terminate in Centrex services, the CAT, Customer/Business Group Identifier (CTX), Dialing Plan Group (DPG), Dial Access Code (DXC), Individualized Dialing Plan (IDP) and Terminal Group Name (TGID) FIDs are approved for application on CABS accounts.
