1. This FID is used to denote that a managed Integrated Access Device (IAD) is to be assigned and the type of assignment to be made.  An IAD is a digital cross connect device that supports voice and high speed data services on a single network connection (usually a T-1) to the central office.
2. This FID is used when the channel bank is inventoried in LFACS.
