    CCA in BILL Section requires CAN with order number on applicable order types except R.
  2. Monetary amounts are always displayed in dollars and cents without dollar signs or decimals. For example: 075 = seventy-five cents; 100 = one dollar; and 10000 = one hundred dollars.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. On cancellation of a mixed-jurisdiction order both a monetary amount (interstate format) and an "interval" format (intrastate) are required. CABS would apply the default (LATA level) PIU to determine the billable charges.
