FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. Five lines are provided on the Calling Card for billing name and billing address or a combination of billing name, billing address and Calling Card Holder's Name.  The combination of billing name lines, billing address lines and card holder's name lines cannot exceed five lines.
  2. C & T action codes are allowed on the X order type only if associated floated TN (Telephone Number) is changing.  The data following the FID CCHN cannot change.
