FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

  1. CCNA is required but not restricted for use, under the following conditions:
    -  Access Customer Name Abbreviation (ACNA) data entry is ZZZ
    -  The customer submitting the Access Service request is different from the customer to be billed.
  2. Section: IDENT,  Position: FL
The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code.   The I action code is optional on the service order.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

  1. Section:  S&E      Position:  FL
The FID CCNA and data are allowed in the S&E Section for resellers of FG A, B or D Switched Access. A CABS account for a reseller of Switched Access service may involve multiple Interexhange Carriers (ICs) which provide the interLATA service. In that case, each CCNA entry in the S&E Section of the CABS customer record must be associated with an Access Customer Terminal Location (ACTL) entry in the S&E Section.

CCNA and ACNA are required in the S&E Section of a FG A, B or D service order when an IC providing interLATA service is other than the first such IC on the reseller's account.
