1. T, F, X,  P and A order types prohibited for Access Service application.
2. Section:  IDENT      Position:  F
   The COMMON LANGUAGE Universal Service Order (USO) Requirements, BR 751-000-151, Section 3, defines the CD field as having a maximum of eight characters.
3. Section:  IDENT      Position:  FL
   The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code.  The I action code is optional on the service order.

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. Section:  IDENT     Position:  F
   Completion Date is required on all Record orders.
2. Section:  IDENT     Position:  FL
   When the FID CD appears floating, it refers to the completion date of an order that requires correction. It floats after the FID OIO, Original Incorrect Order, and its associated entry.
