SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. This FID is used when ordering an EVC, which provides a virtual path through an Ethernet network.  It is applicable when the Network Channel Interface (NCI) Code specifies a VLAN based map.
2. Series and Range is used when ordering a VLAN based map with many to one bundling.
