FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

  1. Carrier System
    For application on Special Access service the Circuit Location (CKL) FID is required to be on the same logical line for all circuits connecting customer designated premises. Additionally, on a high capacity service from a customer premises to a hub that is cascaded from a higher order high capacity service, CFA may be on the same logical line as the Facility Identification in CLFI Format (CLF) FID.
  2. Carrier System
    The CFA FID and data are required on Switched Access Service having a High Capacity interface. This is true whether the Switched Access Service shares a High Capacity facility ordered as Special Access using the High Capacity Billing Account Number (HBAN) FID , or whether a Switched Access Interface Group 3 through 10 is ordered.
  3. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  4. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
  5. Element Combinations 17 through 64 are COMMON LANGUAGE compliant in accordance with BR 795-450-100, Section 6, CLFI Code Application Formats, but are not supported by Telcordia and/or Ericsson Operations Support Systems (OSSs).
