For the Call Forwarding Busy/Don't Answer - Internal and External Split feature, the telephone number or station number to which busy line calls are forwarded when the calls originate internally to the customer group.

FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

  1. The use of this FID is mutually exclusive with CFN when Internal and External Call Forwarding Busy and Don't Answer are provided on the same telephone number.
  2. Element 1 and data entry of P must appear first, if CRIS is to suppress printing of the call forwarding number on the customer service record.
  3. CFBI is used for calls that originate internally to the customer group when the Call Forwarding - Busy Line number differs from the Call Forwarding - Don't Answer number for the Call Forward Busy/Don't Answer Split feature.
  4. If the Call Forwarding - Busy Line number and the Call Forwarding - Don't Answer number for calls that originate internally to the customer group are identical, the FID CFN may be used instead of CFBI and CFDI.
  5. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  6. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
