SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. This FID is associated with simulated facilities serving Network Access and Intercommunication Registers for ESSX-1 Service arranged for Schedule II Intercommunication.  Customer Facility Group Numbers are unique to an ESS office (1E5 or 1AE5 and later generic) and are assigned by the Network Administrator.
2. Position   Left-hand:
   The Facility Group Numbers must appear in the sequence in which the customer requests the Network Access Register Groups to overflow.
3. When CFG appears left hand, the FID CFG must appear floated after the appropriate line USOC.
