FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

  1. ISDN Circuit Switched Bearer Service
    Section:  S&E      Position:  FL

    For mechanized flow-through, FID may be entered on the FEATURE USOC logical line if one of the following combinations of FIDs appear on the same logical line:
    - PN and CAPP (with the CA attribute)
    - PN and KEY
    - TN and SPID TLI
    - PN and TER
  2. Element 1 and data entry of P must appear first, if CRIS is to suppress printing of the call forwarding number on the customer service record.
  3. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  4. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
  5. 5ESS
    The call forwarding number is provisioned as an attribute of the Call Forwarding (CFW) FID if the USOC does not represent a specific Call Forwarding feature name.
  6. TL1
    CFW is the preferred FID for TL1 application.  CFN may be used for TL1 with POTS services only.
  7. 1AESS, 2ESS, 3ESS, 5ESS, EWSD, or DMS-100
    CFN appears when a line has one or more of the following features or services:
    - Delayed Call Forwarding
    - Remote Call Forwarding
    - Call Forwarding
    - Don't answer (Centrex)
    - Call Forwarding
    - Busy line (Centrex)
  8. This FID is floated after a custom calling feature or services USOC which defines one of the above four features or services or, includes one of these four features or services as one of multiple features.
  9. Access Tariff Application:
    FID and data are required for Dialed Number Identification Service (DNIS) on WATS Access Lines (WAL).  FID and data float on DNIS Common Equipment USOC logical line.
  10. TL1
    In a TL1 switch, when CFN represents a RCFN, it is not valid for an analog member of an EKTS.
