FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

  1. ISDN Circuit Switched Bearer Service
    Section:  S&E      Position:  FL

For mechanized flow-through, FID may be entered on the  FEATURE  USOC logical line if one of the following combinations of FIDs appear on the same logical line:
-Primary Number (PN) and Call Appearance (CAPP) (with the CA attribute)
      -PN and Key Designation (KEY)
-Telephone Number (TN) and Service Profile Identifier (SPID)
      - Telephone Line Identifier (TLI), PN and Terminal Number-Multiline Group (TER)
  2. The use of this FID is mutually exclusive with the Call Forwarding Number (CFN) FID when Call Forwarding Busy and Don't Answer are provided on the same telephone number.
  3. Element 1 and data entry of P must appear first, if CRIS is to suppress printing of the call forwarding number on the customer service record.
  4. CFNB is used when the Call Forwarding - Busy Line number differs from the Call Forwarding - Don't Answer number when served by a 1AESS Release 10 or later and 5ESS.

    - Application for 5ESS is in lieu of the Call Forwarding (CFW) FID call forwarding number code sets.
  5. If the Call Forwarding - Busy Line number and the Call Forwarding - Don't Answer number are identical, and the USOC defines the feature, the FID CFN may be used instead of CFNB and CFND.
  6. This FID is floated after a custom calling feature USOC which defines Call Forwarding - Busy Line.
  7. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  8. X action code is not used on Access Service orders.
  9. CFW is the preferred FID for TL1 applications.  CFNB may be used for TL1.
