FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

1. ISDN Circuit Switched Bearer Service
   Section:  S&E      Position:  FL
   For mechanized flow-through, FID may be entered on the  FEATURE  USOC logical line if one of the following combinations of FIDs appear on the same logical line:
        -Primary Number (PN) and Call Appearance (CAPP) (with the CA attribute)
        -PN and Key Designation (KEY)
        -Telephone Number (TN) and Service Profile Identifier (SPID)
        -Telephone Line Identifier (TLI), PN and Terminal Number-Multiline Group (TER)
2. TL1, EWSD
   The CHD FID may be used without data, to imply a Yes value at either the Directory Number (DN) or terminal level.
3. The switch default for CHD at the DN level is No.
4. The switch default for CHD and CHDN at the terminal level is No.
5. The switch default for CHDBR at the terminal level is Yes.
6. The switch default for CHDBREL is No.
7. GTD-5 EAX
   Applicable to non-BBG lines or to denote a feature on a Centrex line shown at the line level rather than at the subgroup level.
8. GTD-5 EAX, DCO
   Data following the CHD FID is prohibited; the entry of the FID infers a Yes value in the switch.
9. DCO
   The CHD FID is always shown without data.
10. SERIES AND RANGE ENTRIES - PROCESSING
    Service Order Analysis and Control System (SOAC) should process series and range data entries using the DUPLICATE algorithm.
