The Circuit Identifier element is used only when the associated Service Order section is S&E. Use of this element in association with other service order sections is prohibited.

             Valid Change To USOC Pairing:      7-11 AN
Format of Change To FID or USOC Pairing
When a Change To FID or USOC pairing is being represented, the Change (i.e., prior) and the To (i.e., new) FID or USOC values are separated by a space text symbol.
Applicability of Change To FID or USOC Pairing
The "Valid Change To FID Pairing" and "Valid Change To USOC pairing" entries apply only when the Service Order Modification Action element is present with a value of "CT".
