FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

   The entry of the FID without data infers a "yes".

SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. TL1
   In a TL1 switch, Calling Name Delivery or Calling Number Delivery features (CNAM and CPND FIDs), must be activated in order for CIDCW to work.  The Call Waiting feature is not valid with CIDCW.  If, for tariff reasons, you wish to carry call waiting on the order with CIDCW, you must be aware of the vendor switch requirements in their implementation of the TL1 standard.
2. GTD-5 EAX
   In a GTD-5 EAX switch, the Call Waiting feature (CWTG FID) must be activated in order for CIDCW to work.
3. SanteraOne
   The Call Waiting feature is not valid with CIDCW.
