SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:
  1. In the TL1 switch, the originating subscriber has control, on a per call basis, over the availability of their calling identity items, both name and number, for display at the called party station.  The calling identity will be delivered or suppressed based on the specific code which is dialed in at the time of the call.
  2. DMS-100 (NA010)
    AMA records will only be provided for PCA when DPCAR and PCA are both assigned as line options.
  3. In the instance where billing would apply via PCA/DPCAR and also via CIDSSUP or CIDSDLV (DENY FID), the billing for CIDSSUP/CIDSDLV will take precedence.
  4. Feature may be accessed using a feature key in NI2 only.  It may be accessed using an access code in NI1 and NI2.
