SERVICE ORDER ACTIVITY NOTES:

1. The Location Code is assigned by the engineering force at the initial planning of the job and remains with the system throughout its location life. The CLC entry is placed on the service order following the basic common equipment USOC.
2. When more than one system is on the service order, CLC data should be entered for each system.  If a system is to be replaced, a CLC entry must be assigned to the new system.
