FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:
  1. Section:  S&E     Position:  LH, FL
    If the CLCI Prefix, Service Code and Modifier (PSM) FID is present, CLT may be entered when all FIDs required for its assembly are available. When the CLT FID appears on the service order, PSM is optional.
  2. Section:  ASGM    Position:  FL
    This FID is entered in the Miscellaneous Subset, Central Office Facilities Subset and Outside Plant Facilities Subset.
  3. The CLT FID can appear on a C and T Action Coded logical line but C and T Action Codes cannot be used to change the data following the CLT FID.
  4. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  5. The CLT FID is not a Primary Line Identifier (PLID).
  6. X action code prohibited on Access Service orders.
