FID RULES/CONSTRAINTS:

  1. COMMON LANGUAGE Facility Codes (CLFI) format is not valid for 2-wire service with CME1-CME6.
  2. T, F, and X order types prohibited for Access Service application.
  3. X action code prohibited on Access Serice orders.
  4. This FID can be used only once for types of unbundled connection points other than data line sharing (See Elements 1 and 2 of Unbundled Connection Point 1 Thru 6 (UCP1-UCP6) FID).  Up to 5 iterations of this FID can be used for a single data line sharing configuration (UCP1-UCP6 FID, Elements 1 and  2, TYP.DA).  Special processing in SOAC will prevent the overlay of information when the FID appears more than once.
  5. This FID is used only when the location of the meet point is in the central office (See UCP1-UCP6 FID, Elements 3 and 4, LOC.CO).
  6. Element Combinations 2 through 65 are COMMON LANGUAGE compliant in accordance with BR 795-450-100, Section 6, CLFI Code Application Formats, but are not supported by Telcordia and/or Ericsson Operations Support Systems (OSSs).
