1. FID is prohibited on CABS orders.

2. The absence of an action code infers the presence of an "I" (IN) action code.  The I action code is optional on the service order.

1. FID is used currently only by Indiana to instruct their DAS/C (Directory Assistance System/Computer) to properly place customer listing.
